The deadline for registration has been extended from September 30 to October 6!

The InGOS kick off meeting will be held in Haarlem, The Netherlands, from 21-22 November 2011. There will be no conference fee! Venue is Hotel HaarlemZuid.  We made a block reservation for 125 hotel rooms for the period 20-22 November (2 nights). Cost including breakfast is € 76,50 per night, to be paid to the hotel when checking out.

You do NOT need to book the hotel yourself, we will communicate this registration with the hotel! 

Please use the remarks option on the registration form if you want a hotel room for more than one person and/or a different period.

Travel is easy by train or road, the hotel is located at about 30 minutes travel from Schiphol airport or Amsterdam Centraal train station.

The meeting will start at Monday 21 November with registration around 9:00 and will continue until Tuesday 22 November 17:00. The meeting dinner will be at November 22. Following the meeting the Advisory Board will meet with the Executive board.

Preliminary time schedule

We have space for only 1-2 of presentations in the plenary sessions next to the invited speakers and the presentations from the Exec Board. In the parallel sessions WP dedicated short presentations are welcome, please coordinate this with the appropiate WP leader. Please use this kickoff-2011-Abstract template to submit short abstract(s) of your presentation(s).

Allthough we hope that this won’t be necessary, we reserve the right to limit the number of participants. Soon after September 30, we will contact you when your participation unfortunately has to be refused.
